Building the Shed: Eagle Scout Project 2007Check out our new shed, and some pics from our spring clean-up day! The shed was built by K9COLA members and Scouts from Boy Scout Troup 29, and was paid for by donations to K9COLA: you do make a difference! Without your help, we cannot continue to improve our park. The shed was part of an Eagle Scout project for Kenny Day with Troup 29. We were lucky that our park was chosen by Kenny (part of a dog park family as well as a Boy Scout) for his Eagle Project. Some of the things we'll be able to store in the shed include: two tables we purchased for our Downtown Farmers' Market information booth, chairs, our pop-up awning, any items we use when we have events at the park, our donated grill, our donated lawn mower, all K9COLA paperwork, our banner, and our table cover (in mouseproof containers), supplies for the K9Splash when not in use; we can also start collecting any donated items for our annual rummage sale in the shed.
